Our tour guides will navigate you and your group through a 1000 years of history in one hour seeing all the highlights! Hear why the 800 year old red bricks are so fantastic, what was the Cathedral like in Catholic times, what Gothic architecture means, and get all the good stories about the Danish monarchy

Group size: Max 9 people due to COVID-19 regulations pr. 21/4. If your group is larger, book 2 guides. From 21/5 the group size is extended to 24 people.

Please book a guide a guide at least a month in advance, since we are often fully booked. Cancellations has to be made 48 hours before or the full amount will be charged.
Tourist groups are welcome at the Cathedral.

Opening hours: We only schedule the visits of our own guided tours, so it's not necessary to inform us prio to your group's visit. Remember to check the opening hours, since the Cathedral might close due to weddings or funerals. It’s not possible to open the Cathedral outside opening hours for safety reasons. Entrance: Entrance fee for groups is 40 DKK for min. 10 persons. The tour guide is free. We accept most vouchers and credit cards.
Parking: You can park right next to the church on Fondens Bro. See directions here.
We only have 2 small toilets in a medieval basement, but larger and handicap restrooms are found on the main square next to the church Stændertorvet.
We recommend using a headset when guiding, and the Cathedral have 6 sets to use free of charge.
